We are aware that buying online can sometimes be a little daunting, especially if it's your first purchase.

  • Delivery

    We aim to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. This is usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. If it is a weekend or a bank holiday, we aim to dispactch by the next working day. The times listed below are estimated times of arrival upon receipt of cleared payment to all UK destinations only. We can not guarantee time scales on airmail parcels due to customs and import regulations in other countries.

    Postage and Arrival
    We post all of our orders by Royal Mail First Class delivery with proof of postage as standard. We are always happy to send any order by recorded or special delivery by prior arrangement before a sale is completed. Please Contact Us to talk about this. 

    • All UK sales over £50 are posted free of charge.
    • All UK sales under £50 cost a flat fee of £2.75. 
    • All international sales are charged by weight, starting at £8.
    • International parcel delivery costs are capped at £20.
  • Exchanges & Refunds

    We understand that you may want to return or exchange something for a number of reasons. We offer a 100% money back guarantee in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days following delivery of your order and, if necessary, return the goods to us for a full refund minus postage fees incurred by ourselves.We are very flexible about this but we do have a few exclusions as outlined below:

    • The item is unworn, scent free. With tags attached.
    • The item is not personalised.
    • The item is not underwear or jewellery.


    Sale Item Rules

    All items bought as a reduced or 'sale' price are still able to be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges on sale items will be on a 'like for like' basis. Minus delivery costs, if applicable. Multi purchase items at a reduced rate will be credited at the individual price per item.Eg: 2 for £15 offer. One item needs exchanged. Value would be £7.50.
